Weekly 90-minute sessions where the call is the work. No homework piling up. No falling behind. Just you, showing up, and something shifting.

We work with the body, not just the mind. Using somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and the tools I've developed working with women for years, we reach the place where the pattern actually lives.

This is not a course you consume alone. You'll be held by a group of women who get it, in a private Facebook community that stays with you through all 8 weeks, with Julia active throughout the week to answer questions and hold space.

Things you might be wondering

You absolutely can research this topic, journal about it, and even have AI reflect your patterns back to you. Some women have done all of that and are still stuck. That's actually who this program is for. Good Girl Syndrome is a nervous system pattern, not a knowledge problem. You don't think your way out of a conditioned body response. You need to feel safety in a group, be witnessed, co-regulate with other women who are in the same room doing the same hard thing at the same time. That cannot happen in a chat window. The research on co-regulation is clear: women's nervous systems regulate in response to other women's nervous systems. That is the medicine. AI can describe the medicine to you in great detail. It cannot administer it.
No, and it's important to be clear about that. Good Girl Rehab is a somatic coaching and group healing program. We work with nervous system regulation, body-based practices, and identity patterns. If you are currently in a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please work with a licensed therapist. That said, many women find this work reaches something that years of talk therapy didn't, because we're working in the body, not just the mind.
Life happens and we know that. Calls will be recorded so you won't fall behind. That said, the live call is where the real magic is. The co-regulation, the "me too" moments, the nervous system work done in real time with other women. We'd encourage you to protect that time as much as possible.
One 90-minute live call per week. That's the core commitment. There are optional practices and reflections available between sessions for the women who like that, but they are never required. The call is the work. Everything else is a bonus. We designed it this way on purpose, because the woman this program is built for is already running on empty. We're not adding to your load. And throughout the week, Julia is active in the private Facebook group to answer questions, hold space, and keep the momentum going between calls.
Because this isn't more information. You probably already understand your patterns better than most. The reason nothing has shifted is that knowledge alone doesn't change a nervous system pattern. Good Girl Rehab works in the body, in real time, in a group of women who are all practicing the same thing together. That combination is genuinely different from anything you've tried alone.
